A Nigerian lady with the Twitter @HaYoMiDe_ has taken to the social media platform to get people talking after saying that broke women with less than N500,000 don't deserve men.

She wrote:

“A woman that doesn’t have up to 500k in her account doesn’t deserve a man.”

Nigerians took to the comment section of her post to share their opinions as some disagreed with her.

In other news, former presidential aide Reno Omokri has given a piece of advice to Nigerian men who are planning to get married without a job or a steady income.

The politician took to his Twitter page to advise his followers against marrying and welcoming kids to the world without a job.

He said anyone who makes the mistake of doing such has automatically made an agreement with poverty.

He wrote:

"Nobody plans to be broke, busted and disgusted. However, when you marry and have kids without a job, or a steady income, you automatically make a pact with poverty to be broke, busted and disgusted. Carry money before you marry your honey."
