Nigerians on social media have expressed their displeasure over the primary healthcare centre whose renovation was facilitated by the lawmaker representing Egbeda/Ona-Ara federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Akin Alabi.
After the lawmaker shared pictures of the facility on Twitter, Nigerians took to the social media platform to criticise him.
Alabi captioned the images:
"Almost done. Health Center, Ajiwogbo, Ibadan."
A Twitter user with the handle @ceonigeria_ shared a picture of a hospital in Canada and the facility Alabi sponsored its renovation.

He captioned the images:
"First picture is a Health Care Centre in South Calgary, Alberta Canada. Second picture is a Health Care Centre is South West, Ibadan Nigeria.
"The mediocrity of our politicians is legendary and Akin Alabi is no exception."
As many Nigerians took to the social media platform to criticise Alabi, others defended the lawmaker.

In response, Alabi quickly rejected the gift, telling the follower not to give him nightmares.
