Singer Mr Eazi recently took a trip to Sierra Leone and it appears the visit was a surreal one for him as indicated by the latest post on his Instastory channel.
The singer shared a screenshot showing a rather private conversation that he had with his father on Whatsapp.
Mr Eazi had posed a question at his old man asking if he ever worked in Sierra Leone. In response to his question, the singer’s dad explained that he was in the country when Eazi was born, living in a tent around the Lungi Airport area. He said he was resident in the country from 1990 to 1992.
In a different portion of the conversation, Mr Eazi’s dad disclosed that his absence was the reason for the friction in their relationship.
According to him, he always felt like a stranger/intruder to his son whenever he paid a visit.
Sharing the screenshot on his Instastory, Mr Eazi noted that his Sierra Leone visit was so surreal especially after discovering that his father was serving in the country at the time of his birth.
