Nigerian lady graduates from University of Aberdeen with distinction, thanks God

- A Nigerian lady, Oluwatosin Likinyo, has massively celebrated her master's degree win from the University of Aberdeen

- The lady said she pulled through difficult times and tasks in school to finish with distinction from the UK institution

- Sharing her story on LinkedIn, Oluwatosin appreciated God's help and people who served as her pillars of support

Another Nigerian has graduated from the University of Aberdeen in the UK with a distinction. The lady identified as Oluwatosin Likinyo who shared the good news on both her website and LinkedIn page, said she bagged a master’s degree in renewable energy engineering.

The lady said she was grateful to God and the Nigerian Liquified Natural Gas Limited for the opportunity.

According to her, because she enrolled three weeks late from the resumption date, she struggled hard to keep up as she combined that with adjusting to her new environment.

Just as the lady was trying to bask in the joy of living in Aberdeen in her second semester, the pandemic took the world by surprise, and all her vacation plans were put on hold.

The lady said completing her thesis which was on designing an AC system for electric vehicles that will have its own power source aside from the automobiles’ battery was a difficult one.

Oluwatosin also relived the joyful moment her master's scholarship opportunity came, saying it was a time when everything seemed bleak.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a Nigerian man, Chiugo Nnabalu, achieved a big feat in his post-graduate education as he graduated from the same university with distinction.

Chiugo who attended the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, for his first degree said he got a master’s degree in advanced mechanical engineering as he appreciated everyone who in any way supported him during his academic pursuit in the UK.
