It is indeed a difficult period for Nigerian music star David Adeleke aka Davido who has reportedly lost a close member of his DMW crew.
A social media user identified as @cutie_juls on Instagram shared the news that the singer’s bodyguard of over six years passed away.

The same user also disclosed that although the cause of death remains unknown, the security detail had allegedly been battling with diabetes.
"Wow! This gentleman's death will really hit David. His main bodyguard for over 6-yrs. Not sure of the cause of his death yet but aI have known he's been battling with diabetes for a long time. May his soul rest in peace."

Although Davido has not made an official announcement, the singer shared a post on his social media pages that confirms that he is truly in a heartbroken state.
The singer posted an all-black photo on his page which is usually used to signify a state of mourning or the loss of life.
