Not all that glitters is gold, Alaafin of Oyo's Queen Ola tells fan who wants her past life

The estranged queen of the Alaafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III identified as Olori Badirat Olaitan Adeyan aka Queen Ola has said she left the palace of her own volition and was not sent away by anyone.
She said this during a question and answer session with her fans on her official Instagram page.
The queen also noted that the rings she wears are not wedding bands. According to her, she was not legally married to the Oyo monarch.

She then told a follower who said she always wished she was one of Alaafin's wife that not all that glitters is gold.
Having left the palace of the Oyo monarch, Queen Ola noted that she will never go into a polygamous relationship again.
The beautiful young woman clarified the rumour that she was sent out of the palace because she was dating popular Fuji musician Wasiu Ayinde. According to her, she had left the palace before the rumour started.
On the lessons she learnt from her broken marriage, Queen Ola said she learnt not to trust anybody. According to her, her kids are her best friends.
In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that another wife of the Alaafin of Oyo, Queen Anu, called for help after she walked out of her marriage.
According to the beautiful queen, her life was being threatened for walking out of her marriage. Queen Anu asked the police to hold the monarch responsible if anything happened to her.
Speaking on the reason for leaving the palace, the monarch's wife stated that she could not continue to live in bondage and wants to live her life to the best for herself and her children.
