It has been said that owning a house is the best form of security and perhaps these stars wanted to secure their future going by the rate at which many of them became home owners.

Talented Nigerian singer, Teni, is another celebrity who became a proud new home owner in year 2020.
The Billionaire shared the good news with fans on social media.
3. Skiibii
Popular Nigerian singer, Skiibii, also joined the big leagues when he got himself a new house to celebrate his birthday.
He shared photos of his mansion on his Instagram page and fans could not help but marvel at the lovely edifice.
4. Iyabo Ojo

The Tesumole crooner shared the news via his Instagram story, revealing the new house was his 5th home acquisition in Lekki, a choice area in Lagos, where the singer resides.

Popular child comedian, Emanuella, left many in awe after she built a house for her parents.
According to the 10-year-old, her mum wanted a portable house and that is exactly what she gifted her while she promised to complete a bigger one, a mansion, by the year 2021.
10. Sisi Quadri
Comic Nollywood actor, Sisi Quadri, recently asked fans to celebrate with him on becoming the proud new owner of a beautiful house.
According to Quadri, he couldn't have built a house without God, who he says, has always been helping him out and giving him the patience to deal with everything.
11. Sophia Williams
Nollywood actress, Sophia Williams, unlike the other stars on this list, was reportedly gifted a house on her birthday.
The excited lady shared several photos of herself in front of her new home which had the signage board, 'sold' stuck to the upper part of the house.
