Legendary Mike Tyson has named Floyd Mayweather as the boxer he wishes he had fought during his active days.
The 54-year-old who is planning to come out of retirement and faceoff with Roy Jones Jr in an eight-round exhibition told Steve Farhood on ShoBox during an interview session.
Both have hung their gloves after paying their dues in the sport but were regarded as two of the best fighters to have graced the rings.

However, their ages and weight categories meant their paths would never cross even if they tried arranging a fight.
Tyson, who remains the youngest boxer to become a heavyweight champion did not hesitate to name the 'Money-Man' when asked who he would have wanted to fight. He said:
“I would have loved to have fought him. I wish he was my weight.”

Meanwhile, the 54-year-old revealed that 69-year-old Panama-born Roberto Duran is his favourite boxer as reported by Give Me Sport.
Tyson was a rave of the moment during his active days - winning 44 of his 44 bouts by knockout and two by no result.
He also won the heavyweight title when he was 20 years, four months and 22 days old - making him the youngest boxer to achieve such feat.

The former undisputed world heavyweight champion defended his title on nine occasions - defeating Larry Holmes and Frank Bruno as he went.
Legit.ng earlier reported that former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is in fine form ahead of his exhibition fight against Roy Jones Jr on November 28.
The 54-year-old will come out of retirement for the first time since he retired in 2005 to face Jones in an eight-round non-competitive bout.
Since confirming his return to the rings, Tyson has been training hard to reach a stunning body structure before the date of the fight.
