BBNaija: Ka3na gives her reasons for joining reality show

- BBNaija star Ka3na has narrated how her name affected her votes in reality show

- The reality star stated that she was warned before getting on the show that her name would reduce the number of votes she would get

- Ka3na, however, said she refused to change the name because that was her brand and she intended to push it on the show

Big Brother Naija 2020 Lockdown edition housemate, Ka3na, has revealed why she decided to take part in the reality show.

In a post which she shared on her official Instagram page, she said that the goal was to sell her brand and she turned down the option of changing her name even though she was told that it would not get her a lot of votes. According to her, her name affected her votes.

Ka3na also said she believed that just one day on the show would make a difference for her brand, and even though she left quite early because she did not get enough votes eventually, she was glad people got to know her.

The mother of one further said she had been working tirelessly after the show to get her brand back in business before Christmas.

Excerpt from her post read:

"The goal was to sell the @amourka3na brand. I had to turn down the option of changing my name from KA3NA to KATE when the producer categorically warned me against going in with (Ka3na) He said the name was going to affect my votes! My response was 'The Reason I’m Going On The Show Was To Sell KA3NA, So If I Should Change That What’s The Reason'. I concluded by saying 'I’m Going On One Of The Biggest Reality Show In The World And I Believe Just One Day On The Show Was Enough'."

The 2020 BBNaija ex-housemate wowed her fans on social media after she took to the platform to reveal she had acquired a new home.

She shared a photo of the multimillion naira home and gushed over the presence of her adorable daughter making the house a home for her.
