Super Eagles of Nigeria who are three-time African champions will be facing Sierra Leone on Friday evening, November 13, in an AFCON 2022 qualifier which will be played at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin, Edo state.
Gernot Rohr and his wards will go into this encounter against their opponents with their morale boosted having won their first two games in the qualifiers and are topping their group with six points.
Sierra Leone on the other hand will want to redeem themselves against the Super Eagles as they are currently occupying fourth position in Group L with a win so far.
The Leone stars have lost one game and drew the other and they must step up their games to brighten their chances of making it to the Nations Cup in 2022.

The time the encounter will start at the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium is 5pm Nigerian time.

Benin last hosted the senior national team in 2011.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa was spotted with his new Mercedes Benz Vito on the road ahead of Nigeria's 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone in Benin, Edo state.
The former Kano Pillars' striker took to his social media page to show his fans his latest car after arriving in Nigeria ahead of the big game.
Ahmed Musa is one of the richest Nigerian players considering what the former CSKA Moscow has made in football since he started his career.
Musa is one of the players in the world whose love for good rides knows no bound going by the number of cars he has in his garage.
The 28-year-old will be hoping to get his 93rd caps for Nigeria against Sierra Leone in Benin.
He now has only Joseph Yobo and Vincent Enyeama in front of him in Nigeria’s all-time appearance chart.
