Davido recently responded to a fan’s suggestion about his upcoming album having a personalized emoji. In a classic Davido style, the response was short and quirky.
He asked if the fan wanted a good emoji or a classic.
"Which one u want emoji or a classic??"
This response might look harmless at first sight, but to some people, there seems to be an underlying meaning to it.
Now, most readers are speculating that Davido is not on buddy terms with Wizkid whose latest album MIL has an eagle emoji.

His response raises suspicions as to whether he was throwing shade at Wizkid’s album.

However, Davido has come out on several occasions to state that himself and Wizkid are brothers, and there is no bad blood between them.
Davido’s response to his fan might just be one of his many misunderstood statements on social media.
Meanwhile, a US-based Nigerian video director identified as Folarin aka HG2 called out Davido on social media.
HG2 in different posts shared across his Twitter and Instagram pages accused the FEM crooner of trying to bring harm upon him.

Still on Davido, the singer was recently mentioned in an online scuffle between British/Nigerian model, Eva, and her former bestie, Kenza.
Kenza had earlier taken to social media to talk about women sleeping their way to the top.
Apparently, Eva caught the shade and in her supposed response, questioned why the success of women was attributed to sleeping with men.
