BBNaija: Khafi celebrates birthday with a heavy heart as she mourns brother (photo)

Birthdays are a day of joy and celebration, but former BBNaija housemate, Khafi, celebrated hers with a heavy heart.
In the post which she shared on her Instagram page, the star mentioned she was sad knowing that her brother Alex was not there to celebrate with her.
She also said she was grateful and happy to be alive regardless.

She further said her birthday wish was for her brother's killers to be brought to book as no one has been charged since the ugly incident happened five months ago.
Khafi also told her fans to circulate the picture she put up because she hoped to get justice for her brother.
Excerpt from her caption read:
"Today is my birthday woop woop!! I am truly grateful to see another year in my life and can only thank God! I celebrate being alive and I celebrate that God has kept me. Thank God with me oooo!! But I would be lying if I said there wasn’t hurt and a tinge of sadness on this day knowing my brother Alex isn’t here to celebrate with me. My birthday wish is for his killers to be found and brought to book. 5 months on and no one has been charged or convicted with his murder."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that Khafi had earlier taken to her official Instagram page to tell her fans and followers that her birthday celebration would be coming up on Tuesday, November 3.
According to her, she told her lover Gedoni that she would love to celebrate her special day in London. Khafi noted that Gedoni made it happen as she shared a photo of them in the country.
