First photos from Mike Bamiloye daughter's traditional wedding ceremony to gospel singer

The family of gospel filmmakers, Mike and Gloria Bamiloye, are in an ecstatic mood as you read this as the last born of the Christian family, Darasimi, got married traditionally to her beloved fiance who is a gospel music singer, Lawrence Oyor, on Friday, October 9.

According to darawedlaw, a site dedicated to the wedding of the gospel ministers, Legit.ng gathered that Lawrence had proposed marriage to Darasimi since April 2018 but the bride took her time to assimilate the proposal.

Darasimi did not say yes the love proposal until August 25, of the same year. The couple dated for two years before agreeing to seal their relationship by getting married.

Legit.ng earlier reported that the celebrated Mike and Gloria Bamiloye will be giving out their only daughter's hand in marriage to Lawrence.

The traditional wedding was a blend of both cultures of the bride's parents and that of the groom. While Darasimi is of Yoruba descent, Lawrence is from the Niger-Delta and the combo was a beautiful sight to behold.

The elated bride's mum could not hide her joy and pride as she took to the dance floor to appreciate God.

The patriarch and matriarch of the Bamiloye's family were full of joy as the wedding of the baby of the house is coming just a few days after they celebrated 32 years of their own traditional wedding.

With a throwback photo showing the wife, Gloria holding up a bible on their engagement day, the man of God, Mike Bamiloye, revealed the event that happened on October 7, 1988.

Sharing the story of their marital journey, Mike stated that his wife was 24 while he was 28 when they got married. According to him, he had nothing to his name except the drama ministration he was travelling across the country for.
