The 36-year-old was shown wearing an Azzi & Osta red one-shoulder sequin gown featuring a thigh-high opening ahead of the 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and streamed live.
Orji looked ready for a red carpet during the E! News pre-show, where she told host Nina Parker that she cut her hair during quarantine to save time and revealed she will be tuning into the award show from Atlanta.
The Momma I Made It comedian had had a celebrity barber shave the Black Lives Matter fist onto the side of her head for the award show.
Despite her loss, the Insecure actress who went head to head against seven other actresses for the Emmy - which ultimately went to Schitt's Creek star Annie Murph - was ready to party.
