Dr. Dre's wife is seeking to get a huge amount of money from the music star as they head to divorce.
The woman who is identified as Nicole Young is demanding monthly financial support from the singer as reported by TMZ.
In an article by TMZ, Nicole filed legal documents asking for temporary support from the music mogul.
According to the documents, the lass is demanding $1,936,399 (N742m) per month as temporary spousal support.
The estranged wife also wants an additional $5 million (N1.9b) in lawyer fees just in two months since she filed for divorce.
Dre and his wife are engaged in a raging prenup dispute. From the look of things, it sounds like a bitter divorce.
According to a close source to the couple, Nicole has been living in their Malibu house since she filed for the divorce.
The estranged wife still has access to all the cars, personal chefs and other luxuries.
In other news, Dr Dre's wife is set to contest their prenuptial agreement as their divorce heats up.
According to her, her husband tore the prenuptial agreements to his multi-million dollar fortune a few years into their marriage, which may have rendered it invalid.
According to an earlier report by Legit.ng, Young filed for divorce from the rapper after 24 years of marriage.
PEOPLE reported that the rapper's wife is asking the court for an early trial so as to know whether their prenuptial agreement is still valid, adding that it may affect the case.
Young revealed that before their wedding, the rapper had demanded that she signed a premarital agreement that was drafted by 16 of his lawyers.
She stated that Dr Dre had not achieved so much in his music, entertainment, and business career at that time. According to her, her husband's net worth is estimated to be around $1 billion, adding that he earned the majority of the wealth during their marriage.
Young said that her husband told her that she must sign the agreement else, he would not marry her.
Although reluctant, the 50-year-old woman said she signed the agreement out of fear as she had no option. She said she was pressured and intimidated by her husband into unwillingly signing.
