A video has emerged on social media in which some newly-recruited female soldiers could be seen threatening to deal ruthlessly with civilians who step on their toes.
In the video that was sighted on Instagram by Legit.ng, the soldiers warned civilians not to cross their paths or else they will be dealt with.
Not only did the soldiers warned civilians not to cross their paths, they also described them as useless and hopeless people.
One of the soldiers said: “They are very useless and hopeless. If I catch them, body go tell them. Tell them say make them no cross my lane o, if them try am as per gbegbe."
It should be noted that there have been various reports and videos of Nigerian soldiers maltreating civilians in recent times.
Due to the maltreatment of civilians by Nigerian soldiers, a lot of civilians are careful in their dealings with these members of the armed forces.
With this current video making the round on social media, there is no doubt that Nigerians will be more careful in their dealings with soldiers in the country.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a soldier was beaten up on Saturday, May 9, by a combined team of policemen and officials of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSDC) in Edo state for reportedly refusing to wear a face mask.
The incident occurred at the Lagos Street/Oba Market Street junction in downtown Benin.

A witness said the soldier who was in the company of his wife refused to wear face mask despite repeated calls by the police officers and NSCDC officials.
