Initial reports suggested that Kenneth’s pending trial might stand in the way of him being there for Nicki during the birth of their child, meaning he will miss one of the most important moments of his life.

Kenneth has said to have made a legal request, he has drafted and submitter a document requesting for the judge to kindly modify the terms of his pre-trial release conditions in hopes of allowing him to be at the birth.

Kenneth has a curfew and travel restrictions that could stop him from being at the birth. These restrictions were implemented when he failed to follow court orders.

However, new reports by TMZ shows that Kenneth might not miss the once-in-a-lifetime moment as a judge just granted his request to tweak his pre-trial release conditions so he can travel with Nicki.

According to the docs, Kenneth wants the judge to tweak his release conditions so he can be by Nicki's side if she gives birth outside his curfew hours.

Kenneth says the U.S. Attorney's Office and pretrial services office don't oppose his request, so now it's up to the judge to sign off.

Legit.ng previously reported that Nicki Minaj's fans were thrown in shock and excitement after their favourite rapper finally confirmed she is expecting.

The loyal Babies fan club has been pushing their queen to have a mini-me and she has finally answered their prayers. The female rapper shared several photos of her baby bump on Instagram which instantly went viral.

The first photo was captioned "preggers" and was of Nicki posing kneeling down, smiling and showing off her large baby bump in an over-the-top outfit as usual.
