Funke Akindele’s staff, Tobi Makinde, praises actress days after she was called out by ex-staff

Being in the spotlight is not always easy as one has to contend with people they have wronged in the past coming out to expose them on social media.
Despite that, there are still those who have been positively affected by these celebs who also take to social media to set things straight.
Just recently, upcoming Nollywood actor, Tobi Makinde, took to social media to celebrate his boss, Funke Akindele.
Makinde who is popularly known for his role as Timini on popular Jenifa’s Diaries show had nothing but good things to say about Akindele.

According to him, she believed in him and took him as a son. He said that the actress took him up for a production job even though he did not have any experience.
He said that Akindele scolded him when he messed up so that he would get better at his craft. Makinde added that only the patient and hardworking would understand how the actress really is.
He wrote: “A river that forgets its source will surely dry up. I remember when I had no idea how I was gonna move on in life after my masters degree, you were there to take me in with little or no experience whatsoever about running production. You said you would give me a job without knowing me from anywhere, without knowing my capabilities. All I had was my educational qualification and thirst to work and learn on the job.
"Prior to this I had tried to work in other production outfits but none took me not because I wasn’t qualified but because they probably didn’t believe in me. You, on the other hand, believed in me, took me as a son, scolded me when I messed up all in a bid to make me better at my craft. Only the patient and hardworking will understand who you really are. Thank you mom for everything and may God keep blessing you @funkejenifaakindele I really appreciate you ma!!”

This is coming after a young lady who used to work for Funke Akindele, Cassandra ‘Khassie’ Owolabi, took to social media to call out the actress.
Khassie had accused Akindele of emotional and physical abuse. She also said that working for the film star could lead to depression.
