Actress Ify Onwuemene down with cancer, in need of urgent help

These are trying times for talented Nollywood actress, Ify Onwuemene, who is currently battling for her life and in need of financial assistance.
According to veteran actress, Gloria Young, who shared the news via her Instagram page, Onwemene is suffering from endometrial cancer.
Endometrial cancer is a type of cancer that arises from the lining of the uterus or womb. It is the result of the abnormal growth of cells that have the ability to invade or spread to other parts of the body.

Sharing a photo of the actress' present condition which shows she has lost weight, Young posted her account details, asking the public for help.
"Folks please we need help for our sister @ifyonwuemene an actress from the days of Sam loco and Enebeli Elebuwa. I worked with her last on the set of Tajudeen Adepetu's "Everyday People" in the late 90's. She is down with endometrial cancer. She has tried sourcing for funds on her own, but nothing is too small. Please send whatever you can to Ify Onwuemene, Fidelity Bank 6010999993. Thank you."
Recall the actress had sometime in October of 2019, taken to her page to seek for financial assistance as she begged the Lagos state government and her colleagues to come to her aide.
The post read: "On behalf of my family and I, I hereby appeal to the members of the public,@lagosstategovt @womenindeltastate @nollywood_fanpage @dsgovernment to please come to my aid. Thanks and God Bless Nigeria."

Also, another Nollywood veteran actor Akinpelu Akeem, popularly known as Ogunmajek, a while ago, was said to be battling a critical illness and called on Nigerians for help.
Legit.ng came across a post shared on Esho Promotions UK Facebook's page revealing the actor's illness. In the Facebook post, it was revealed that the actor needs financial assistance to treat his illness. The actor begged Nigerians to help him with cash.
