Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has wished herself a happy Father’s Day. She said she parented her son Andre all by herself and did it well.

She added that action is the best thing in life as it proves who someone really is, adding that on the other hand, words also show who they will want to be.

Tonto told her son that being his dad “has been a great honour”. She appreciated Andre for making her “Mr Mom”.

Recall Legit.ng earlier reported that Tonto's ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, marked the day with emotional words.

In an Instagram post, Churchill said that marital challenges do not define a father, adding that a father is not only by fathering a child.

He added that being a father also means taking care of children around you and those that are in great need.

Churchill prayed for other fathers around the world, saying that he hopes their children “will not be used as a tool of jealousy because of broken relationships like it’s done in old Era”.

Tonto Diken’s ex-husband said that he hopes this present time will not be one where single parenting ends up confusing children. He told all fathers that: “relax, you’ll reconnect with your child at the right time".

In other news, popular Nollywood actor, Browny Igboegwu, also celebrated his first Father’s Day after 10 years of marriage. He said he was so excited about the video call he had with his wife where he saw his newborn.
