Solid Star sets music contract with his former record label on fire

Nigerian musician, Joshua Iniyezo, professionally known as Solid Star, recently left tongues wagging on social media after he took to the platform to share a rather interesting video.
In the video shared to his Instagram Story, the singer is seen setting ablaze his contract with former record label, Achievas Entertainment owned by Paul Cole Chiori also known as Ossy Achievas.

Recall the Delta-born singer parted ways with his record label in 2018. Solid Star who released 2 albums under the label, expressed gratitude to the label for being there for over 10 years.

He wrote: “I Joshua Iniyezo aka Solidstar, wish to use this opportunity to thank my former label Achievas Ent for being there for me over 10 years. Words cannot express how grateful I am, Special S/O to @ossyachievas @colepeter my bosses, and the entire team for having my back. You are still my family even as I begin another chapter career-wise.”
The label in response to the record label claimed they parted ways amicably after ten years together, but noted that all Solid Star’s recording audios, music videos, remain their property.
It seemed all was well between the two parties.

However, a few months ago, the singer got into a social media war of words with Chiori.
Solid Star in his Instagram post stated that he has been good to his former label boss and his family, even though he always wanted to see him sad.
Chiori who fired back at Solid Star, alleged that the singer did not generate 10% of the N100m he invested in his career in the 10 years they worked together.
Well, it explains the reason for burning the contract.
