Marry me now or never - Man tells fiancée who asked to wait for COVID-19 to end

A young woman ready for marriage has narrated how her fiance has given her an ultimatum to get married now or forget about it after she suggested they wait for COVID-19 to be over.
The bride-to-be, whose name has not been disclosed, described the situation to Tima Kumkum, who is the host of the popular Late Night Chat Show on Hitz FM.
According to the lady, she explained to her fiance that her friends and many other people need to be present for her wedding and that would not be possible with the current social gathering protocols in Ghana.

It would be recalled that since March 16, 2020, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo declared a ban on social gatherings with more than 25 attendees, in a bid to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus in Ghana.
In reply to the fiance's request, the groom-to-be fumed up, saying that the lady has chosen to prioritize the celebrations and accolades that come with weddings over the bond they would share forever.
For that matter, he decided to gave her the option to let them marry amid the ban on social gatherings or completely forget about the wedding even after COVID-19 is over.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously gathered that a church in Lekki, Lagos, Harvesters, found an interesting way to beat the lockdown in the state caused by coronavirus pandemic.
The church held a wedding ceremony online using Zoom in a simple arrangement. The Harvesters disclosed that it is their first online marriage ceremony as they wished the couple well.
