Prophet TB Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has said life will be full of surprises after the end of the coronavirus pandemic.

The cleric made this known in a statement he released on Monday, May 11, in which he said God is going to establish many who might lose their jobs to the pandemic, The Nation reports.

Legit.ng notes that Prophet Joshua said: "If you don’t get your job back or you don’t get a proper job or a full-time job or you run into loss or lose a loved one after this lockdown, don’t despair… God is about to establish you.

"Ask any successful man or woman and they will tell you about how much disappointment and setback they had to endure to come to a new level in life."

He added: "By the end of June to the first week of July, this will begin to become a point of reference: This man said this; that man said it – but it is God that said it."

In other news, Nigerians have reacted after Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Citadel Global Community Church formerly known as Latter Rain Assembly donated his church to the Lagos state government to be used as coronavirus isolation centre.

After the cleric made the announcement via the church's Twitter page on Sunday, May 10, it generated reactions from Nigerians on the microblogging site.

The tweet read: "The CGCC is offering the LASG parts of our current Church facilities at Akilo Road, Ogba, to be used as an isolation center for Covid-19 cases. The CGCC Medical Missions will onboard LASG officials to ensure the best utilization of this space.

"We commend the LASG and well-meaning individuals and corporate bodies for their efforts at controlling the spread of this pandemic in Lagos and by extension Nigeria. We pray for divine health, wisdom and energy for the leadership of Lagos State and frontline healthcare workers."
