Davido reacts as Peruzzi and Kiddominant reveal songs they have written for him

- Nigerian singers and songwriters, Peruzzi and Kiddominant, were recently on a joint Instagram live

- During the live video, the music talents revealed the different hit songs they have written for top singer, Davido

- Davido also joined the live chat and dropped a comment where he gave a funny reply to their claims

The Nigerian entertainment industry is no doubt filled with a number of talented individuals whose skill shines and distinguishes them from the rest.

These days, the industry is so wide that there is always space for someone to harness his or her talent and be useful.

Many Nigerian musicians are talented in the art of singing but not necessarily writing their songs by themselves. This is where song writers come in and they have proven to be very instrumental in the writing of tracks which later become worldwide hits.

During this coronavirus induced lockdown period, a number of people have taken to social media to create fun for themselves including entertainers who go on Instagram to compare their works.

Just recently, talented singers and songwriters, Peruzzi and Kiddominant were on one of such live video sessions and they mentioned some of the songs they have written for top music star, Davido.

While Peruzzi said that he wrote FIA, Nwa Baby, Risky and Assurance, Kiddominant said that he wrote Dodo, Fall, The Money and Like Dat.

In Nigeria, there seems to be a stigma attached to a musician admitting that his hit tracks were written by someone else, but Davido did not seem to take Peruzzi and Kiddominant’s revelation to heart.

Davido who was watching the live video between the two songwriters dropped a funny comment to their claims.

The singer said that at least he wrote ‘Shekpe’.

In other news, Legit.ng reported that Grammy-nominated Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, took to social media to call out fellow musician, Ceeza Millie.

Ceeza had claimed that he wrote about 80% of Burna Boy's On The Low track and the singer was not having any of it.

According to Burna’s tweet, he asked Ceeza if he said any such thing and he denied it. The singer also threatened to deal with Ceeza by saying he hopes coronavirus catches him before he does.

Burna went ahead to set things straight about his talent by saying that he has never had any help writing any of his songs except one time with Peruzzi.
