Coronavirus: God took away everything we left him to worship - Actress Susan Peters
- Nollywood actress, Susan Peters, has shared her take on the coronavirus pandemic
- The actress who believes it is an act of God, said that He took away all the things human beings left Him to worship
- Speaking further, Peters said that perhaps we do not need a vaccine but only need to focus on God
The coronavirus pandemic has now become a serious global problem that seems to have no end in sight.
It all started from Wuhan in China but has now spread to almost all the continents in the world. The virus has proven to be deadly seeing as it is easily spread and there is no known vaccine for it yet.
Many people have had different conspiracy theories about the virus but there are those who believe it is God’s doing.
One of such people is Nollywood actress, Susan Peters. The film star took to her Instagram page to pen down a lengthy note explaining how the virus might just be an act of God.
Peters said that God took away everything human beings left Him to worship. She also said that perhaps a vaccine is not needed and one needs to focus on God.
She wrote: “In three short months, just like He did with the plagues of Egypt, God has taken away everything we worship.
God said, "You want to worship athletes, I will shut down stadiums and arenas. You want to worship musicians; I will shut down every venue. You want to worship actors, I will shut down theatres. You want to worship money; I will shut down the economy and collapse the stock market. You want to worship your own bodies; I'll close down all the gyms. You want to worship your own intellect and pat yourself on the back with a graduation, I'll close down your schools. You want to place your trust in your friends and not in Me; I'll make sure you can't even meet with them physically. You don't want to seek my face and worship Me; I will make it where you can't go to church."
Ice Prince condemns people who bring their problem on social media, says the world has bigger issues
"If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
Maybe we don't need a vaccine, maybe we need to take this time of isolation from the distractions of the world and have a personal revival where we focus on the ONLY thing in the world that really matters....JESUS!!! Start the revival in your home......Spread the Love of Jesus. Amen!”
