Recently, popular African-American film director and actor Tyler Perry took to his Instagram page to call on people to join the #He’sGotTheWholeWorldChallenge. Tyler took part in the challenge by singing the popular song.

The challenge is to inspire people during the COVID-19 health crisis. Participants are expected to sing the “He’s Got The Whole World In His Hands,” song to pray and trust God about the recent happenings. According to him, he wants the song to be the prayer of the whole world.

Nigerian politician Dino Melaye has also taken part in the challenge. He took to his Instagram page to share a video of him singing the song.

Melaye also sang that God can fist coronavirus with his power, might, and strength. He also prayed that it is well with the nation.

Melaye said repentance and return to the Lord is the lasting solution to the epidemic that has surged the world into unrest. Taking to his Twitter page on Thursday, March 19, the former Kogi federal lawmaker shared a text from the bible, precisely 2 Chronicles 7. 13 -15 where God says "If people turn away from evil, . . . I'll make their land prosperous again."
