The tallest building in Anambra state is not a residence as many would have thought, but a hospital built by a United States-based Nigerian medical doctor, Godwin Maduka, aka Lion of Africa.
Legit.ng notes that the multi-million dollars ultra-modern hospital is situated in Umuchukwu village in Orumba South local government area of the state.

During the empowerment programme organised at the weekend, the lawmaker said he decided to empower his people so as to cushion the effects of the current economic hardship on them.
According to him, some schools were also renovated in different locations as part of constituency projects.

The lawmaker said: “It is my covenant to ably represent and do resoundingly well for my constituents through the intervention /constituency projects’ platform provided us by the Kebbi State Governor Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu as representatives of the people, who knows the spots where shoes pinch the masses.”
He said the empowerment programme is just one of the welfare packages he lined up for the people of his constituency.
The items distributed by the lawmaker included 40 deep-freezers, 40 motorcycles, 50 grinding machines, 50 sewing machines, 30 cows and 30 ships, among others.
