Afrobeats legend, Fela Kuti’s son Seun, has said that coronavirus has taught him that the developed nations have invested more in the destruction of the planet.

The musician shared a photo post with these words written on them:

“Corona has shown me that the so called developed nations have invested more in the destruction of the planet and humans than they have invested in nourishing and preserving for tomorrow. Greed is not good in any form.”

In the caption that accompanied the photo, Seun wrote:

“All the hundreds of billions of dollars spent on DEFENCE, has actually been spent on destroying the other, not protecting humanity or the planet. It is obvious that the world is unprepared to defend itself from a real enemy!! It is clear that all you can do as DEFENCE is to blow up black and brown people and destroy the environment. #getthesax.
