David postpones popular sold-out North America tour due to safety issues

- Davido whose real name is David Adeleke has spoken about how said his North America tour was postponed

- The Risky crooner said that irrespective of how he felt, not holding the show is the right thing to do

- Davido sent out a prayer to his fans as he hopes to see them soon

Popular Nigerian music artiste, Davido, has postponed his sold-out show in North America because of the spread of coronavirus.

In speaking about his development on Friday, March 13, on Twitter, OBO said he is really much said that the anticipated show had to be postponed.

He said that he would want to have it otherwise, the postponement was the right thing to do to ensure the safety of his fans, says that is the thing that most matters.

In his final words, he asked all his supporters to be safe and ensure and he prays for God's all-round protection for them.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that the If crooner is one entertainer who is well known for the good music he gives fans as well as his hard work.

Despite being from a very rich and influential family, Davido has been able to carve a niche for himself, different from the one his family laid down for him.

The music star is only 26 years old but he has been able to make his family shine for good in the spotlight and his fans love him for it.

In an interview, he shared why he works so hard despite coming from ‘long money’. Davido said that in actual fact, a number of people with rich parents are broke because they do not see the need to work.

Speaking further, the singer said that his mother died when he was just 11 and that he is the last born of five kids.

He also said from a young age he already knew what he wanted to do. In his words: “Most rich people pikin no get money. You know why? It’s because they don’t feel the need to work or aspire or want to be something.

"My mum died when I was 11, I’m the last born of five kids, so from a young age, I knew what I wanted to do. I fought to do this music," he said.
