Former Big Brother Naija housemate Gifty Powers has slammed the Nigerian government over the rate of corruption in the country. The mother of one took to her social media page to express her frustrations.
Gifty blasted the Nigerian government after she saw a report that Ghana’s Katoka International Airport is Africa’s best and most improved airport. According to her, Ghana should be called the giant of Africa and not Nigeria.
She said that Nigerian politicians were too corrupt and self-centered to be concerned about their citizens. While stating that Ghana’s politicians are also corrupt, she noted that they still are not too concerned about themselves.
The See Gobe housemate said she wished that the Nigerian government would put things straight in the country.

The mother of one explained that it is painful to hear what foreigners are saying about Nigeria. According to her, when they are talking about other African countries, they always have good things to talk about.
However, when Nigeria is mentioned, they quickly say that they are scammers. Expressing her heartbreak over the matter, Gifty explained that the Nigerian government should do something about it.
The beautiful woman also said that Nigerian politicians should stop acting like they own the world. She advised them to emulate Ghanaian politicians who use their heads and not only their belly.
She asked them to forget about their bellies for once and put things in order. According to her, the Nigerian government should try to hide their corruption rather than boast about it to the mockery of the whole world.
