In response to the federal government's requests, the Socio-Economic Rights Agenda (SERAP) has released a full list of former Nigerian governors who allegedly collect double pay in form of pension.

Oluwadare insisted that Nigerians are eagerly waiting for the federal ministry of justice to do the needful and probe the legality of state pension laws.

SERAP's deputy boss said that the government's failure to do this will be equal to undermining the nation's judiciary and the presidency's efforts to fight corruption to a stand-still.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that SERAP had given all the 36 state governors in Nigeria seven days to disclose the payment made to all ex-governors from 1999 to 2019.
