Eddie Hearn has taken a dramatic u-turn on decision regarding who will emerge victorious in the Deontay Wilder vs Tyson fury rematch.

Anthony Joshua's promoter admitted that from the things he observed in Fury's training camp he would have to submit to the fact that Wilder will knock the British heavyweight fighter out.

Wilder and the Gypsy King will enter into the ring on 22 February, with the WBC heavyweight title on the line.

"I thought [Fury] might win the fight, but I've heard a few things in the camp and stuff like that," he told talkSPORT.

"Listen, it might be rubbish, but [now] I do think Wilder's gonna win the fight by stoppage.

"I hope he doesn't, I would love to see Tyson Fury make the fight because Tyson Fury will fight Anthony Joshua, he actually wants to fight Anthony Joshua.

"I know AJ wants to fight Tyson Fury. It's a very quick deal to make with Tyson Fury.

"I don't know, Tyson's a maverick, he's very clever.

"I was going to sign him actually, I blooming wish I should've. Two years ago we had a show in Monaco.

"He was about 30 stone, we sat down in the meeting, he was like sweating.

"I looked at him and thought, 'You are never, ever, ever coming back.' What he's done has been incredible."

Hearn also speaks about Fury's prediction in knocking out the Bronze Bomber in the rematch.

"Wilder doesn't really have a chin, but Fury can't really hit that hard in heavyweight terms," Hearn added.
