Barcelona are the latest club to be interested in Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze, according to reports in Spain.
Spanish news media outlet Don Balon claims the Nigerian sensation has caught the attention of the La Liga champions.
The 20-year-old has scored five goals this season and his performances so far has aroused the interest of top Premier League club Liverpool.
Chukwueze is known for his mesmerizing moves on the both flanks, helping the Yellow Submarines create several chances and winning penalties.
Villarreal have reportedly slammed a €60million buy-out clause for the Nigerian international who is just 20-years-old.
His pace can fit into Jurgen Klopp's style of play with the Reds but starting his career in Spain also gives him the edge to blend with La Blaugrana.
Barcelona are currently recouping young talents after the likes of Xavi, Dani Alves, Neymar, Javier Mascherano and Andres Iniesta left the club in the last five years.
On the other hand, Liverpool who are looking like the Premier League champions and a strong contender for a back-to-back Champions League title, are also looking to revamp their squad in the summer.
Chukwueze made his name for the Super Eagles at last year AFCON tournament in Egypt and has since been a regular in Gernot Rohr's squad.
He has played 23 matches for Villarreal this campaign and signed a new deal with the club with a huge buy-out clause on his contract.
