Nigerians share mixed reactions after Ernest Asuzu was seen begging on roadside (video)

- The actor was seen in a video with a Nigerian man who narrated that he spotted the actor on the road begging for help

- Some Nigerians noted that the man is to blame for what happened to him and others sympathised with him

- However, some people said the actor had claimed that he had a stroke in 2016 and he was healed by Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin

Legit.ng had earlier reported that talented actor Ernest Asuzu recently became the topic of discussion on social media after a video showed him with a Nigerian man identified as Bolingo2014. The man narrated that the actor suffered a stroke.

Bolingo2014 said he found the actor begging for help on the roadside in Oke-Afa area of Lagos state.

Nigerians have now shared mixed reactions to the story of Asuzu begging for money. Some Nigerians blamed the actor for the position he is in now. They noted that celebrities always waste their money on unnecessary things.

Some Nigerians, including controversial media personality Daddy Freeze questioned Asuzu's story. They noted that the actor had claimed the same stroke in 2016 and at the time he was allegedly healed.

They said the prophet identified as Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin healed him and gave him a car with millions of naira. Daddy Freeze asked if the healing was fake, he also questioned why he does not have a mansion like top female actors.

Others complained about the state of the country and sympathised with the talented actor. They also said Nollywood stars should help him out.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that actress Temitope Osoba recently revealed that she feels bad and terrible when she sees top actors coming online to beg for financial assistance. The actress called on the government to try and help out these creatives because many of them only have acting as their source of income.
