Nollywood actress, Lydia Lawrence-Nze, recently became a mother after she welcomed her new baby girl, Mercedes Starr Chizigam Nze.

The film star shared cute photos of herself with her newborn at the hospital on her Instagram page. She also accompanied it with an emotional note.

The caption of her post reads: “When I was pregnant for you, and you were growing inside of me, I felt your heart in me. Your constant jumps and kicks reminded me of your presence and your willingness to come into the world.

The actress gave thanks to God for for faithfulness and for safe delivery. She prayed for God's blessings upon the life of her newborn, committing her entirely to the Almighty.

"You will grow in Grace and find favour with God, men and women.
