Sadio Mane was given a brand new iPhone 11x Max pro mobile gadget by Liverpool teammate Georginio Wijnaldum as a gift last year, and the phone could be the one with a broken screen as seen recently.

The Senegalese star brought himself into the middle of backlashes after he was spotted carrying the iPhone despite earning £150,000-a-week.

Mane was part of the squad to face Leicester City, a game Liverpool won by 4-0, but on his arrival at Anfield the 27-year-old forward stunned everyone with a phone betraying his money purse.

The pictures of the astonishing scene created a discussion on social media, with the AFCON runner up star's humility brought to question by football fans who thought he should have got a new one.
