Meanwhile, the APC was not disqualified from partaking in the Bayelsa governorship election, INEC has declared.
The electoral body gave the clarification on Friday, November 15.
Festus Okoye, a national commission with INEC, who spoke during a political programme on Channels Television, insisted that the APC will take part in the exercise.
Okoye, who doubles as head of information committee of the commission, argued that the judgement delivered by a Federal High Court in Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa, did not stop the party from going ahead with the election.
