Meet Eddie Murphy’s 10 children and their mothers
Popular American actor Eddie Murphy recently welcomed another child with his latest wife, Paige Butcher. The couple tied the knot in 2012 and have two adorable kids together but before this, Murphy was already a father to many kids and now, he has a total of ten children from different women.
While most people are fully aware that Murphy is close to fathering children that could fill up a football team, not so many know everything about the comedian's large family. With 10 kids from five different women, including five with ex-wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy, the Coming to America star clearly loves fatherhood, but most importantly, he loves his children.
His oldest son is 30-year-old Eric, born around 1989, according to reports. His mother is Murphy’s former girlfriend Paulette McNeely. Eric has seemingly shunned the spotlight and leads a private life.
The actor’s marriage to Nicole Muphy lasted for 13 years and the couple had five children. The eldest is Bria, who is a Hollywood actress followed by Miles who leads a private life like Eric. Shane and Zola are both models and the youngest is Bella, born in 2002.
Murphy has been married to model Paige Butcher since 2012. Their daughter Izzy was born May 3, 2016, then in August 2018, the couple announced they were expecting another child, a boy. Max Charles was born on November 30, bringing Eddie’s child count to a total of 10.
Meanwhile, fans are counting down to the day Coming to America 2 will be out in the cinemas and from all indications, the day is pulling closer. Just recently, the lead cast of the sequel, Murphy, was captured on the streets of America, playing a scene in the movie.
It was gathered that the screenplay for the new film was written by David Sheffield, Barry W Blaustei and Kenya Barris, and is directed by Craig Brewer. Interestingly, several original cast members, including Arsenio Hall, Shari Headley, James Earl Jones and John Amos are returning.
