Gunmen attack another Kaduna school, kidnap principal
- The Government Technical Secondary School in Kajuru, Kaduna, has been attacked by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers, who abducted the school’s principal
- The gunmen reportedly stormed the premises of the technical school around 12 midnight on Thursday, October 10 and began shooting sporadically
- The criminals subsequently took the school principal away from his residence to an unknown location
The Government Technical Secondary School located at Maraban Kajuru community, Kajuru local government area of Kadun, has been attacked by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers, who abducted the school’s principal.
The development comes on the heels of the abduction of six female students of Engraver’s College, Kakau Daji village in Chikun local government area of the state, by suspected kidnappers last week, Channels reports.
Legit.ng gathers that a source from the state government reportedly disclosed that over 20 gunmen stormed the premises of the technical school around 12 midnight on Thursday, October 10, and proceeded to shoot sporadically into the air to scare teachers and students.
Staff and students were said to have been awakened by the sound of gunfire and began running in various directions. The gunmen subsequently took the school principal away from his residence to an unknown location.
The police is yet to confirm the development.

Recall that Legit.ng previously reported that Nigeria suffered another disaster as gunmen stormed Engravers College, a private secondary school in Kaduna state, and kidnapped six school girls and two teachers.
The school’s bursar, Elvis Allah-Yaro, was quoted as saying the criminals arrived at about 12:10am on Thursday, October 3.
Going further, the bursar disclosed that investigation had commenced over the kidnaps.
