Gernot Rohr, Super Eagles coach, has submitted a strong list of players to battle Brazil’s Selecao in a friendly on October 13, at the Singapore National Stadium, to eggheads of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
According to Complete Sports, the Franco-German tactician, who is keeping his game-plan close to his heart insists the invited squad members are Nigeria’s best legs and will be strong enough to face the five-time world champions come match day.

“I am glad that we have all the Super Eagles regulars back in training and playing for their respective clubs, so I have to play my best players against Brazil. It’s a good test game and we shall give it our best shot ahead of our AFCON qualifiers against Benin Republic and Lesotho,” Rohr was quoted as saying by Complete Sports.
“Brazil have invited their best players to tackle us and we cannot afford to toy with our list of players.
"I have submitted the list of players I think will give a good game to the South Americans. NFF should release the list soon,” Rohr noted, even as he was quick to add that the Football Federation are still working towards securing a friendly with an African nation after the Brazil friendly ahead of the qualifiers.
Super Eagles players expected to make the squad for the Brazil game includes Francis Uzoho, Joe Aribo, Ahmed Musa, alongside the pair of Wilfred Ndidi and Kenneth Omeruo – staging a comeback after missing the friendly against Ukraine.

Similarly, Shehu Abdullahi, William Troost-Ekong, Victor Osimhen, Leon Balogun, Chidozie Awaziem, Alex Iwobi. Samuel Chukwueze, Moses Simon and Samuel Kalu are also in the running to make the squad for the Brazil friendly.
