The Leonardo, according to Bloomberg, is a high-rise residential and retail complex strategically located near the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Sandton City, a premier shopping mall.

The penthouse is designed to have space for six bedrooms and will also be custom-designed by the eventual owner.

The skyscraper cost three-billion South African rand ($203 million). However, the managers of the project are yet to disclose a price for an apartment or how many have been sold.
