Ministers in Nigeria are mandated with the responsibilities of running affairs of respective ministries to which they are appointed. The president appoints them, and are confirmed by the Senate.

  2. Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers) - Was in charge of Transport
  3. Abubakar Malami(Jigawa) - The portfolio of Justice and Attorney General of Nigeria
  4. Godfrey Onyeama (Enugu) - In charge of the office of Foreign Affairs
  5. Ogbonnaya Onu (Ebonyi) - Led the portfolio of Science Technology
  6. Osagie Enahire (Edo) - Was in charge of State Health
  7. Suleiman Adamu (Jigawa) - Was at the helm of Water Resource
  8. Mohammed Bello (Adamawa) - In charge of the Portfolio of Federal Capital Territory
  9. Hadi Sirika (Katsina) - Led the portfolio of State (Aviation)
