The former AGF called on the EFCC to withdraw its case against him at the Federal High Court in Abuja following the revelations emerging from the ongoing trial of Shell and ENI over the OPL 245 affair in Italy.
He said: "Their case has crumbled and they know it but they have become so reckless that they are not ready to stop wasting tax payers money on frivolous court cases.
"I will come home to defend myself after attending to my health. There are no questions about that.”
