Already registered users
All users who previously used the NBAD bank online platform, now FAB online, must create a new NBAD online login password to access the bank's services. The process is straightforward and involves these steps:
- On the portal, enter your NBAD online banking login details, that is, your username and password as you ordinarily would.
- A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile phone number. Enter it.
- Create a new password.
You are now ready to access everything that online banking has to offer.
Which services can I access?
As a customer, these are the banking services that you will access online. The services are available in both English and Arabic.
Product services
The product services that you can access are the following:
- Processing of your credit card balance transfer. It is an instant process. You can also make a Quick Cash request.
- Converting your credit card dealings into the Easy Payment Plan.
- Term Deposit booking – it is an instant process.
- You can open an iSave account instantly.
- You can request for loan payment deferrals.

Account or card services
The following account or card options are available:
- You can view your credit or account statements. These statements can be downloaded.
- You can update your personal details.
- You can view all the unbilled transactions for all your credit and debit cards.
- You can automate your utility bill payments to SEWA, AADC, SALIK, ETISALAT, ADDC, DU, DEWA, and FEWA.
- You can activate your debit and/or credit cards and reset your PIN.
- You can instantly create your beneficiary list.
- You can request for new cheque books.
- You can make charitable donations instantly.
- You can remit transfers with foreign exchange rates.

Can I see my profile details when I log in?
When you log into your account, you will view all your personal details. These include:
- Your full name as it appears on your account(s).
- Your balances for all the accounts you own.
- All your account numbers and IBANs, where valid.
- Your last 12 statements if your account has statements.

Linking your beneficiaries in the new FAB system
All the existing beneficiaries that you listed with NBAD will remain unchanged in the new system. They will all be visible when you click the “Within FAB” section of the portal.
What happens to all my standing instructions?
Customers who had already set up their standing instructions such as utility bill will continue having them in the new FAB system.
Unavailable features when doing online banking
All customers should note that some FAB features cannot be accessed through online banking. The online facilities that you will be unable to access online include:
- Smart alerts
- Secure message centre
- Secure pass token
I am afraid of my information being hacked!
