Henry Onyekuru: Super Eagles stars arrive Benin City for wedding ceremony

- Henry Onyekuru, Super Eagles forward, will be wedding his partner Esty in Benin-City, Edo state

- Kenneth Omeruo, Oghenekaro John Ogu among others are already in town for the occasion

- The wedding ceremony holds on Saturday, July 27.

Henry Onyekuru’s wedding ceremony in Benin-City, the Edo state capital has attracted key members of the Super Eagles squad to the just-concluded 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

According to Brila FM report, the likes of Kenneth Omeruo, Oghenekaro Etebo, Jamilu Collins, John Ogu among others are already in the ancient city ahead of the ceremony on Saturday, July 27.

Interestingly, Onyekuru, who is on loan at Turkish champions Galatasaray has been dating his partner Esty for several years and are blessed with one-year-old son.

The report further revealed the 22-year-old Onyekuru and bride have performed their engagement ceremony ahead of this weekend’s wedding in Benin City.

Indeed, it has been a busy vacation for Onyekuru, who opened his new mansion with a big party before heading for AFCON 2019 with the Super Eagles.

Onyekuru was in action for Nigeria in the semifinal defeat by Algeria as the Gernot Rohr’s side claimed the bronze medal at the biennial tournament.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Samuel Chukwueze is targeting success in the future with Nigeria after helping the Super Eagles win bronze at AFCON 2019.

The skillful winger was part of the Golden Eaglets side that won the U-17 World Cup in 2015 and also announced himself as the new kid on the block.

Chukwueze played six matches in Egypt and was named man-of-the-match against South Africa in the quarterfinal where he scored in the 2-1 win against Bafana Bafana.
