Sick actor Baba Suwe confirms N10m donation from Iya Adura
- Veteran Nigerian actor, Baba Suwe, has been down with an unknown sickness
- Baba Suwe recently cried for help on social media and capable Nigerians have donated to his treatment
- However, a London-based preacher, Iya Adura, donated the sum of N10m to the actor
- Baba Suwe has now shared the funny and interesting way he reacted after confirming the payment
The Nigerian entertainment industry is the way it is today because of some veterans in the country. However, some of them seem to be languishing in poverty and ill health.
It is no news that the industry was not as lucrative during their time. Legit.ng previously reported that veteran actor, Babatunde ‘Baba Suwe’ Omidina, has been down with an unknown sickness. He, however, needed financial assistance to take care of himself.
The news of his sickness hit social media and many well-meaning Nigerians donated to his cause including a London-based Nigerian preacher, Abimbola Esther Ajayi also known as Iya Adura.

Iya Adura is the general overseer of Love of Christ Generational Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Clapham, London.
She donated the huge sum of N10 million to Baba Suwe to enable him seek treatment abroad and the actor could not contain his joy.
In a recent interview with Goldmyne TV, the thespian revealed that he almost fainted after receiving the money. He also added that he was so excited that he let out a fart.

Meanwhile Legit.ng previously reported that the actor's first son, Adesola Omidina, has thanked Nigerians for coming to his father's aid.
The young man mentioned the individuals and groups who raised a helping hand just so his father could quickly recover. Some of the people he mentioned include the current vice president of Nigeria Yemi Osinbajo, the TAMPAN association, individual actors, friends and relatives.
