INEC releases electoral offences ahead of 2019 elections (Full list)
Just a few days to the general election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released a list of offences voters should avoid during the electoral exercise.
The electoral body made this known in a short video it posted on its official twitter page through the handle @inecnigeria.

- Multiple Voting
- Underage registration
- Breach of public peace
- Impersonation
- Publication of Fake election results
- Campaigning on election day
- Vote Buying and selling
- Disruption of election process
- Prevention of voters from exercising rights
- Ballot box snatching and election materials
- Destruction of election materials
- Ballot box stuffing
- Vote padding
- Harassment and molestation of electoral officers
- Disenfranchisement of voters
The commission said: "The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended, the Electoral Act 2010, as amended & the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Rules and Regulations constitute the legal framework which regulates our electoral process."

Recall that Legit.ng earlier reported that INEC released samples of ballot boxes and papers ahead of Saturday, February 16 presidential and National Assembly elections.
It was gathered that that the electoral umpire made this known on Monday, February 11, through its twitter handle @inecnigeria.
