SA's richest pastors stand together after one of them is accused of fraud and money laundering

Two South African pastors Paseka "Mboro" Motsoeneng and Shepherd Bushiri have always been known to be enemies. However, after one of them (Bushiri) was legally accused of being a fraudster and money launderer, the story changed.

On Monday, February 4, Paseka Mboro was spotted heading down to the Pretoria Commercial Crimes court in support of his friend and fellow religious leader. The controversial church leader, Mboro, was shockingly seen supporting his enemy-turned-friend, Bushiri.

Bushiri and his wife appeared in court on charges of fraud and money laundering. Mboro was notably in their corner. He has clearly shown that he does not believe the accusations.

Hence, he is not in support of their being tried based on these charges. Mboro was also caught on video addressing a large crowd, which formed in front of the court in support of Bushiri whose nickname is Major One.

The pastor told Bushiri's supporters that they were in the spotlight with the media present and if anything occurred outside of court it would negatively reflect on their leader. According to a source, he then called on Bushiri's supporters to respect the law enforcement officials.

It has been gathered that although Bushiri and his wife appeared in court on Monday, the trial was postponed to Wednesday.

Recently, Legit.ng gave a report on a Nigerian pastor who faked an accident scene by posting old photos. He wanted to deceitfully extort people through this means but he was exposed before he could do so.
