A Facebook user has become an internet sensation after he took to the platform to share a rather brief and concise story of his spiritual journey and this has left a lot of people inspired and others, talking.

There are roughly 4,200 religions being practiced in the world today. However,what most people seek in their various religious ways is self-discovery hence the numerous reports of people leaving one religion for another all in the hopes of finding fulfillment.

A Facebook user identified as Mohamad Faridi, took to social media to share his spiritual journey from Islam to Christianity. Sharing a #10yearschallenge photo collage, he wrote: "My 10 years challenge. Destination-USA From Jihad to Jesus. One day a slave to Islam and now a prince in the Kingdom of the Son of God!#10yearchallenge #10yearschallenge #metoo"

In a similar story, popular Yoruba actress Liz Anjorin also left many people shocked after she left the Christian faith to practice Islam. The actress has come out to reveal that the attitude of pastors when her mother died influenced her decision to convert.

According to the actress, her mother was born into a Muslim home but married a Christian man, however, when poverty struck and they became homeless, they sought refuge in churches, sleeping in different churches at night.
