The 42-year-old who represented his country at the 2002 World Cup was pictured wearing a watch worth €170k while giving instructions on the sidelines.

The Senegalese legend might appear simple but his leather watch wrapped around his wrist is far worth more than his looks.

Shinji Kagawa converted the resulting spot-kick to put Japan ahead, but Colombia responded in the 39th minute through Juan Quintero from a set-piece.

But 17 minutes from time, Yuya Osako headed him the winner to hand Japan a famous victory over the South American powerhouse.
